VANLIGEN collection IKEA 2020

I love working with collections like this one for IKEA, since I need to think about form, colour, pattern and how the shapes work together and on their own. My inspiration for VANLIGEN comes from patterns found in nature and the wonderful history of Chinese ceramics. The most striking feature is how the glazes react on the distinctive curved surfaces. Even though VANLIGEN is based on traditional shapes, it also suits the modern home ⎼ and everyone who likes ceramics and glass.”
